Sushi at Your Event Site
For your next special event, delicious sushi can be prepared and presented at your location with several available options. We will work with you to customize your menu to include you preferences of basic rolls, special rolls, nigiri, sashimi or any combination.
A. Sushi Prepared and Delivered:
Beautiful and delicious sushi can be prepared at our facility just prior to your event and delivered when desired. Sushi will be prepared, cut and specially readied for transport to maintain quality. With this option, you can present and serve the sushi at your event when appropriate.
B. Sushi Prepared with Chef Service:
Delicious sushi will be prepared at our facility just prior to your event and delivered to you accompanied by a sushi chef and assistant. Upon arrival, the chef will cut, plate and present sushi to your guests from our sushi bar.
Sushi chef on site presentation: $100.00 per hour, one-hour minimum. Sushi chef fee does not include food costs.
C. Sushi Chef with Sushi Bar and Sushi Case:
For the ultimate in sushi show and presentation, a sushi bar and sushi case filled with delicious seafood can be set up at your location. One of our professional chefs will prepare your sushi based on the custom menu created especially for you and your guests.
Sushi chef on site presentation: $100.00 per hour with a two-hour minimum. Sushi chef fee does not include food costs.
Sushi Prices
Sushi Foods Co. offers a complete menu of all types of sushi rolls, nigiri, hand rolls, sashimi and more. The following are general examples of sushi and the associated costs. Please request our extensive sushi menu for specific sushi options and prices.
Simple Sushi Rolls - $4.00 - $5.00 each - Seafood or vegetable on the inside of a small roll. Examples: Tuna Roll, Yellowtail Roll, Shrimp Roll, Cucumber Roll
Basic Sushi Rolls - $6.00 - $8.00 each - Seafood and products on the inside, with light garnishment on the outside. Examples: California Roll, Philadelphia Roll, Spicy Tuna Roll, Shrimp Roll
Special Sushi Rolls - $8.00 - $11.00 each - Seafood and products on the inside and outside, with complete garnishment. Examples: Rainbow Roll, Caterpillar Roll, Spider Roll, Dynamite Roll, Tempura Shrimp Roll, Seared Albacore Roll, Crunch Dragon Roll.
Basic Nigiri Sushi - $1.95 each - Traditional nigiri seafood placed on a small rice ball. Examples: Tuna, Yellowtail, Albacore, Shrimp, Salmon, Crab, Octopus
Special Nigiri Sushi - $2.45 each - More exotic nigiri seafood. Examples: Sweet Shrimp, Abalone, Giant Clam, Aji
Hand Roll Sushi - $3.50 each (only available with onsite chef) - Spicy Tuna, Salmon Skin, Spicy Octopus
Sashimi - $8.00 for 3 pieces (2 oz. each piece) - Tuna, Yellowtail, Albacore, Salmon, Octopus, etc.
